Applicable taxes, delivery fees, travel charges, damage charges, and other disclosed fees may be added to the order when applicable.

Pricing, availability, and promotional offers are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed

4. Cancellations, Weather & Rescheduling

5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable setup area before delivery. The area should be clear of obstacles, debris, pet waste, underground hazards, and other conditions that may interfere with safe installation or operation.

Delivery, setup, and pickup times may vary based on routing, event schedules, weather, access conditions, and other operational factors. Estimated times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Jump-N-Fun Party Rentals LLC may refuse or discontinue setup or use of equipment when site conditions are unsafe or do not meet operational or safety requirements.

Customers must provide reasonable access for delivery and pickup and follow all setup and operating instructions provided by Jump-N-Fun Party Rentals LLC.
 

6. Safety & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all rental equipment is used according to the instructions, safety rules, and operating requirements provided by Jump-N-Fun Party Rentals LLC.

Children and participants must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using inflatable or interactive equipment. Customers are responsible for preventing misuse, overcrowding, prohibited activities, and unsafe behavior.

Equipment must not be moved, altered, disconnected, or used for any purpose other than its intended use without permission from Jump-N-Fun Party Rentals LLC.

Customers are responsible for reporting any damage, malfunction, unsafe condition, or incident as soon as possible and for following any instructions given by our team.

Additional safety requirements may apply depending on the equipment rented and will be provided through the applicable rental agreement or event instructions.
